Glow is an all-night cultural experience featuring original commissions by artists that re-imagine Santa Monica Beach as a playground for thoughtful and participatory temporary artworks.  This unique event is a project of the City of Santa Monica and the Santa Monica Arts Foundation and is scheduled for September 28th. This year, The Angel was asked by KCRW to contribute music for their production of an audio guide to accompany the work of the visual artists participating in Glow.

The instrumental track, “Afterglow” has been paired with Garth Trinidad’s overview of artist, Karen Atkinson and her description of the installation entitled, Glowbal, created for the natural beach environment. You can hear this by clicking here to download the “Glow Soundscape”.
